As the carbon dioxide from a Smart Bag reaches your plants it helps accelerate key plant processes. Some of the CO2 goes straight into growth. Much of the remaining carbon dioxide intake is used up in respiration, where plants break down sugars to release energy.

Because these processes are central to rapid, robust, productive development it’s easy to see why growers are so keen on supplementing the naturally occurring CO2 in their growing space. The effectiveness, ease of use, and affordability of the Smart Bag make it a really good option.

For best results you need to ensure your growing space is at 18 degrees celsius or more. Three to six holes in the bag should be plenty to allow enough output of CO2. You can always add a drop or two of water to stimulate the CO2-producing material if the output isn’t immediate. Once in full flow, the output from a Smart Bag should be good for 1-3 months. Always position away from ventilation and lighting. Store closed bags in a cool, dry place.
